Prof. Ching Yee Suen (IEEE Fellow, IAPR Fellow, RSC Fellow), Concordia University, Canada
Dr. Ching Y. Suen is the Founder and Co-Director of CENPARMI and the Concordia Honorary Chair on AI & Pattern Recognition. He received his Ph.D. degree from UBC Vancouver) and his Master's degree from the University of Hong Kong. He has served as the Chairman of the Department of Computer Science and as the Associate Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science of Concordia University.

Prof. Ming Xie, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Ming XIE received his Bachelor degree in control and automation engineering from the East-China Institute of Textile Technology (Donghua University, Shanghai, China). Subsequently, as a recipient of the nation's prestigious overseas scholarship from the Chinese government, he has completed both postgraduate studies and doctorate research works. He has received his Master degree from the University of Valenciennes in 1986 and PhD degree from the University of Rennes (France) in 1989.

Prof. Yinqiang Zheng, The University of Tokyo, Japan
Dr. Yinqiang Zheng received his Doctoral degree of engineering from the Department of Mechanical and Control Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2013. He is currently a full professor in the Next Generation Artificial Intelligence Research Center, The University of Tokyo, Japan, leading the Optical Sensing and Camera System Laboratory (OSCARS Lab.). He has served as area chair for CVPR, ICCV, MM, 3DV, ACCV, ISAIR, DICTA and MVA. He is the recipient of the Konica Minolta Image Science Award and Funai Academic Award.

Asst. Prof. Hugo Wai Leung MAK, The Chinese University of Hong Kong & The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, China
Hugo Mak obtained his B.Sc and Ph.D. degrees from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He has served as a guest editor in various journals related to data analytics, acquired extensive experience as an organizing and scientific committee member in academic conferences and science education events, and actively participated in numerous international satellite missions related to environmental informatics. His research interests include Computational Data Science, Remote Sensing, Data Assimilation and Machine Learning Algorithms, as well as Smart City and Sustainability Development.

Prof. Kin Fun Li (IEEE Senior Member), University of Victoria, Canada
Kin Fun Li, was the Director of Professional Programs and Development for the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Victoria, responsible for the faculty's professional master's programs and micro-credentials. He teaches computer hardware and software courses in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. Kin dedicates his time to instructing and researching computer architecture, data mining, education analytics, and image processing applications.

Ir. Prof. Connie Yuen (IEEE & ACM Senior Member), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, China
Ir. Prof. Connie Yuen is the Professor of Practice at Hong Kong College of Technology (HKCT) in China. She received her B.Sc and M.Phil. degree in Department of Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong and doctoral degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is an IEEE Senior Member (SMIEEE), an ACM Senior Member (SMACM), a Member of Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and a Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). Her research interests include crowd sourcing, human computation, big data application, data mining, machine learning and computer network.

Asst. Prof. Ruidan Su (IEEE Senior Member), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), China
Dr. Ruidan Su received his MSc in Software Engineering from Northeastern University, China in 2010, and his Ph.D degree in Computer Application Technology from Northeastern University, China in 2014. He was an assistant professor of Shanghai Advanced Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences during 2015–2020. He is currently a research assistant professor with Department of Computer Sciences and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Dr. Ruidan Su is an IEEE Senior Member. His field of science is artificial intelligence, system optimization, AI applications in medical image and finance.

Prof. Manuele Reani, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), China
Manuele Reani is a Professor in Human-AI Collaboration, Cognitive Science, and Human-Computer Interaction. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from The University of Manchester and previously served there as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. He also holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and is a chartered psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society. He has teaching and research experience at The University of Manchester, CUHK-Shenzhen, HKUST, and the Alan Turing Institute.

Prof. Zhiquan Liu, Jinan University, China
Zhiquan Liu received his Bachelor degree from the Xidian University, China, and completed both postgraduate studies and doctorate research works in Xidian University, China from 2012-2017. He is a member of IEEE, ACM and CCF. He serves as a reviewer for over 40 authoritative journals/conferences worldwide, and also serves as the editor in chief and guest editor for international journals such asAdvances in Transportation and Logistics, Security and Communication Networks Electronics.
